Our story began in 2015 under the name IPSUM Ingeniería & Arquitectura. In 2026, we evolved into ARESA with a new brand identity that reflects our experience and a contemporary vision of architecture and construction. We remain true to our founding principles: working closely with our clients and staying committed to every project.
Led by engineer Abraham de J. Pérez G., we support our clients from planning through construction, coordinating the work with an approach that combines design, functionality, and careful resource management.
